So What’s Your Story?

You shouldn’t be surprised I’m a fan of the hit TV series ‘Law & Order’ considering I’m a former law student. For some odd reason, I’m fixated with the shows beginning…

In the criminal justice system…these are their stories, DUN DUN! For an hour, the justice process — start to finish —is under a microscope.

It’s important to know your “story” if you really want to be a better runner.

In fact, this is why so many have problems…making goals, totally energized in the beginning, convincing themselves  improvements will soon follow, later losing momentum which blows up all the positive energy mustered up in the first place.

*****Real Runner B.S.*****

What if you’ve heard a lot of BS about running? Would you keep being brainwashed, doing the same things and getting the same results? Or would you try something new and radically different? To stop the madness, GO HERE before this special report is removed.

*************************

People offer me unsolicited advice about the best way to present these discussions to you. They say my emails are sometimes too long, too frequent or too hypey. One runner even suggested I just get to the point, saying “I’m here for motivation, not to try and figure out what you’re talking about.”

Well, that just reveals a lack of understanding for my story.

See, I happen to personally know a few, quite successful thought visionaries, their numbers and the returns. I also get to see the results of how my system is run. I’m privy to my story.

I know even more runners… all types. And the most rewarding part is the number of emails I get from subscribers thanking me for helping them get better by the way I put a ‘slant’ on things.

Nothing I do here is haphazard. If I always work to find the whole story, then I can write the “best story” for you every time.

A runner who acts without first doing their due diligence is increasing the odds for disappointment.

So, learn a lesson from Law & Order— wanna be a better runner?  There should be a thorough, honest and ongoing understanding of YOU.  Know your story…no matter how bad it hurts.

Otherwise, it’s not uncommon that your running performance will be worst for it.

On with your run…
